At Tecksoi, we want you to love our handcrafted products as much as we love creating them. Each bamboo, jute, sola wood, cotton, or exotic piece is made with care and attention. However, if something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

  • Return Period: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligible Returns:

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

    • Products in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Not Eligible:

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Items used, washed, or altered by the customer.

    • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@tecksoi.com with your order ID, product pictures, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship the item back.

Refunds

  • Full Refunds: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

  • Partial Refunds: If you simply changed your mind, you’ll receive a refund minus shipping charges.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style (when available), we’ll be happy to arrange it.

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
